We use a mixture of Royal Mail and courier delivery options, using the most cost-effective and reliable service, which may change from time to time.
On placing your order, you will usually receive confirmation of your delivery method and timescale, along with tracking information where available.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, or if your order arrives and it's not as expected - please get in touch where we can arrange a replacement or refund. We'll arrange any return or replacement for you, but we understand if you would like a refund (excluding delivery costs).
If your item arrives damaged or broken, get in touch and we'll arrange a replacement or refund for you - sadly these things happen sometimes as not all parcel handlers take the same amount of care as we do!
